Sales Coordinator

To support and strengthen our Sales & Service organization for France & Italy we are looking for a motivated

Sales Coordinator (gn)

located at our Mâcon office.

Your area of responsibility

As an essential member of our Market area team, you will contribute to the coordination and execution of sales and service activities with the goal to successfully implement product- and service solutions that will meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations.  In this role you will liaise with local and central internal organizations, external partners (agents, distributors) and our customers:

• You will respond to internal and/or customer enquiries related to orders and/or returns and escalate queries if required.
• Take orders from customers, input and maintain them in our ordering system.
• Follow up all enquiries and prepare proposals as required.
• Facilitate product demonstrations with potential customers.
• Closely cooperate with Sales and Operations teams to determine order statuses, to track and maintain delivery timescales in order to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Support the preparation and administer commercial documents such as contracts and service agreements.
• Follow up with customers on payments in close cooperation with our central Finance organization.
  
• Carry out general administrative tasks and support external marketing events. 

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational commercial degree.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an industrial B2B Sales environment.
• Very good customer relation skills, ability to effectively work within a team environment.
• Creative and  innovative mindset combined with a solution-oriented, pragmatic "can-do" attitude.
• Self starter, ability to work independently with limited amount of supervision.
  
• IT literacy (e.g. MS Office, Salesforce experience would be an asset).
