This is a great opportunity for any Marketing enthusiast who is keen on becoming part of a dynamic team and on developing and owning Lindemann’s Marketing agenda.

You are responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all marketing activities related to the Lindemann brand globally. You will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales organization through strategic and operational marketing initiatives. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, and external partners, you ensure that Lindemann’s unique value proposition is clearly communicated to our target audiences.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for Lindemann in alignment with business objectives.

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media and trade shows.

  • Create compelling content for marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos and the corporate website.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support customer acquisition.

  • Drive product launches in cooperation with Product Management and Sales.

  • Maintain and evolve Lindemann’s brand identity across all channels.

  • Manage marketing budget and track ROI of campaigns and initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to optimize marketing activities.

  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners and service providers.

  • Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives where relevant.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the industrial or machinery sector.

  • Proven experience in brand management, campaign development and lead generation.

  • Strong digital marketing skills and a structured, hands-on working style.

  • Experience with marketing automation and tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is not required but beneficial.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with a strong focus on results and customer orientation.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., for trade shows or customer events).
